The unit charged very quickly, and once charged, it’s a powerful little machine. First impressions on operation was that it’s noisy but as it operates it seems to get quieter – or perhaps I just cared less! Great thrust depth and powerful thudding vibrations offer a range of sensations as do the interchangeable silicon sleeves.
The controls are beautifully designed but they are not particularly intuitive to operate once in use. The tactile markers could be larger to combat this.
Very easy to disassemble and clean.
The customer service is also excellent, responsive, helpful and polite.
