Frequently asked questions
Yes. The Miamaxx ships with the IRAH sleeve fitted, which is the slimmest and gentlest of the range, and the device always starts on its slowest speed. Begin with vibration only, add the stroke once comfortable, and use plenty of water-based lubricant.
75 mm, or 3 inches. Fixed in length and adjustable across three speed settings.
The sleeve gives 110 mm of insertable length and the tip measures 42 mm in diameter, narrowing to 30 mm. The 35.8 x 11.4 x 7 cm figure quoted on some listings is the shipping carton, not the device.

No. The attachment was re-engineered specifically to prevent this. Releasing a sleeve takes a firm, deliberate twist and pull.
It is splash-resistant, not fully waterproof. With the rubber tab pressed into the charge port it can be rinsed under running water. Never use or charge it while submerged.
Water-based only. Silicone lubricants degrade silicone sleeves over time and will void the warranty.
Yes, via the three-button wireless remote. There is no app or WiFi control.
Yes. It has its own rechargeable lithium battery and its own charge cycle, with a single LED for status.
Plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or indication of contents. The sender name and your bank statement both show a neutral trading name.
Defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months, repaired or replaced at no charge. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
For hygiene reasons, only if it is faulty. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
Yes. Miamaxx ships worldwide from Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and parcel weight, with typical transit of 2–6 business days to Australian metro areas, 5–12 to New Zealand and 7–21 to the rest of the world. Import duty or tax charged by the destination country is set by that country and is the recipient’s responsibility.
Yes. Every sleeve is moulded from body-safe silicone that is non-porous and phthalate-free, so the surface cannot harbour bacteria the way porous materials can.
