Discreet delivery means the parcel, the sender name and the bank statement give no indication of what was bought. Every Miamaxx order ships from within Australia in a plain, unmarked box with no branding, no product imagery and no description of the contents on the label.
Miamaxx dispatches from an Australian warehouse and ships worldwide. Discretion is the part of this that people worry about most, so we would rather over-explain it than have you wonder.
What discreet actually means here
- The box — plain satchel or carton. No logo, no branding, no category wording, nothing printed that hints at contents.
- The sender — a neutral trading name on the label, not "Miamaxx".
- Your statement — the same neutral descriptor. Never the product.
- Tracking — the carrier page shows a parcel, not a product.
- The customs declaration — international parcels must legally carry a description of the contents. Ours reads as a neutral electronics or personal-care description. It never names the product or the category.
- Our emails — sent from "Miamaxx" with subject lines safe on a locked screen. You can request plain-text at signup.
Delivery times and cost
Miamaxx ships from Australia to Australian and international addresses. The windows below are the carriers’ typical transit estimates, counted in business days from dispatch. They are estimates, not guarantees — carriers, customs and peak periods all move them.

Shipping is priced by destination and parcel weight, and shown in full at checkout before you pay. Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
International orders: duties and taxes. Any import duty, VAT or customs charge levied by the destination country is set by that country, is not included in the price you pay Miamaxx, and is the recipient’s responsibility. Some countries restrict the import of adult products — if you are unsure, check your local rules before ordering. Where a parcel is seized or refused entry by customs, we cannot refund the goods or the freight.
Tracking
You will get two emails: one confirming the order, one when it is dispatched with a tracking link. If tracking has not moved after three business days on a domestic parcel, or seven on an international one, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
