What the IRAH sleeve feels like
IRAH has a narrow, gently tapered profile with a smooth surface and no ridging. It is the most forgiving sleeve in the range, which is why it ships fitted.

Fitting the IRAH sleeve
Every Miamaxx sleeve fits every Miamaxx device. Push IRAH onto the mount until the collar seats; to remove it, hold the device body and give the sleeve a firm twist and pull. The mechanism is deliberately stiff so a sleeve cannot detach during use.
Caring for the IRAH sleeve
IRAH is smooth, so it cleans quickly: rinse under warm running water with a mild unscented soap or a toy cleaner, with the device’s charge port sealed, and air dry before storing. Use water-based lubricant only: silicone lubricant degrades silicone and voids the warranty. The care guide covers cleaning, drying, storage and what to avoid.

Premium product with a clever concept
There is a lot to like here. The device feels extremely solid and well made, and the interchangeable sleeve system is genuinely innovative. I also like having seven vibration modes because it gives you plenty of flexibility. The powered movement is what really separates it from standard vibrating products. After using it a few times, I can see why the design focuses on using one motor with different sleeves.
